1. What type of products do you sell?

We sell digital learning materials designed to help you learn faster, work smarter, and get inspired. Our products include:

  • eBooks: In-depth digital books covering a specific topic or skill.

  • Guide Books: Step-by-step instructional materials that walk you through how to achieve a specific goal.

  • Listicles: Concise, list-style resources that summarize everything you need to know or check for a topic — great for quick learning and action.

  • AI Prompt Packs: Curated sets of prompts you can use with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to get high-quality results and speed up your creative or professional work.

     

    Each product type is clearly labeled and in their own collection so you always know exactly what you’re getting.

     

2. Are these physical products?

No. All our products are digital downloads.
You won’t have anything delivered or receive anything in the mail — instead, after purchasing, you’ll receive a download link. 

For Toolstacks (coming soon), please note that we don’t sell the actual software — we provide curated collections, setup instructions, and links to trusted tools so you can easily access or subscribe to them yourself.

3. How will I receive my purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • A download link on the confirmation page, and

  • An email with the same link for easy access anytime.

Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.

4. Can I print the digital materials?

Yes! You’re welcome to print any of our eBooks, guides, or listicles for personal use.
However, sharing or reselling printed or digital copies is not allowed under our copyright policy.

5. What’s the difference between a “Guide Book” and a “Listicle”?

  • A Guide Book teaches you how to do something in a structured, detailed way (step-by-step instructions).

  • A Listicle gives you everything you need to know or check in a simplified list format — perfect for quick reference or brainstorming.

6. What are “AI Prompt Packs”?

AI Prompt Packs are collections of ready-made prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or image generators.
They help you save time and get better, faster results — whether you’re writing, designing, coding, or running a business.

7. Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, we can’t offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you have trouble with your download or believe there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us — we’re happy to help fix any problems.

8. Can I share or resell the products I buy?

No. Your purchase is for personal use only.
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing files publicly is strictly prohibited. If you’d like to use our materials for a team or business, please reach out for a commercial license.

9. How do I open or use the files?

Most products come as PDF, TXT, or ZIP files.

  • PDFs can be opened and downloaded on any phone, tablet, or computer.

  • ZIP files may need to be unzipped using free tools like WinRAR or your device’s built-in extractor.

10. I didn’t get my download link — what do I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it, email us at coursify.help@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link right away.

11. Can I request a custom guide, listicle, or AI prompt pack?

At the current moment unfortunately not. We are looking into taking and making custom requests in the future.

12. How often do you add new digital products?

We release new materials every month — including updated guides, new AI prompt packs, and fresh listicles on trending topics.
